Weekly Call and In-Person Meeting: Popping the Lid Off: Heat for Healing! with Mary Zelmer

Description: What allows Qigong to be one of the most efficient forms for healing and health, is that it organically partners with the season, elements, and the self to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual regulation.

It is summer, the season of the heart and the element of fire. Perfect time to come together to connect and experience as they organically work together to assist us in healing. Eastern medicine recognized that heat repairs and/or replaces damaged cells, creates new cells and can create new energy pathways. Yes, we will be heating up the room in amazing ways AND you’re invited to experience a national treasure we each hold and can share with others on this planet for the greater good. PLUS, as promised, all in-person attendees will receive a bag of popcorn. A product of our sacred earth, our healing love; nourishment for the heart.
