Happy Spring Everyone! Although you may not think Spring is here yet, the calendar says otherwise. Please join us this Saturday as we welcome in the Spring energy. Spring is a time of birth and growth, a time of hope and a time to shift our focus into the light, into the positive, into all the infinite possibilities of creation. During our meditation time, we will feel into the Spring energy, bringing light into our body, mind and spirit, balancing our energy. Next, we will bring in the energy of hope as we search our hearts for our truest desires, from the vast infinite possibilities which are available. Lastly, we will focus on planting the seeds of our desires and nourishing our seeds of creation.
