Practicing Qigong and Meditating can help you Balance your Energy and move you through Life’s Challenges. As you Sit and Breathe deeply and fully, you can Relax and imagine that you Sink into your Heart. As you find the Peace in the Present Moment, you can Allow yourself to fully enter the Deep, Deep Silence of your Heart. From that place, you can Let Go of your worries, anxieties and fears.
