Weekly Call: Sleep Gently with Mary Zelmer
The act of sleep is such a mystery. Some people sleep well, while others do not. Let us take some time to let sleep gently teach us about night time energies and how they can work with us.
This Saturday we will:
Listen to what your body may be trying to tell you when you cannot sleep during certain times at night and use meditation to nurture your sleep rhythms.
Explore and identify the practice of,” running energy,” during the night and ways to do this with ease.
Lastly, we will connect deeply to the, “Why.” Why do we sleep the way we do?
