Forest Meditation

This is a meditation for healing. When we connect, we heal. Sit in on a meditation up in the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota–one million acres of pristine wilderness, most only accessable by canoe. Breath and visualization have long been the main element of Qigong, and we can use these elements to access, or connect, with energy. We need not physically be in the Boundary Waters to feel and benefit from it’s essence.
